Legal
The rules for using HealthyManthra accounts, portals, data licences and AI features.
Agreement
Using HealthyManthra means you accept these terms. They apply to the website, the portals, the AI assistants and anything you access with an account. If you use the platform for an organization, you confirm you may accept these terms for it. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account.
What the platform is
HealthyManthra provides informational, organizational and AI-assisted tools across healthcare administration, senior care, logistics, environment, finance and research. It is not a healthcare provider, law firm, licensed financial adviser or emergency service, and it does not give medical, legal or investment advice. AI output is generated, may be wrong, and is labelled where it appears — verify it before you act or rely on it.
Accounts and security
Keep your credentials private and tell us promptly if your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend an account that shows signs of credential sharing, scraping, abuse or a legal requirement to stop.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans and portal licences are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processors. Plans renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices shown to you at checkout are the prices that apply. Where tax is due, it is added at checkout.
Acceptable use
Do not upload protected health information, attempt to re-identify another person, scrape or redistribute portal data beyond your licence, reverse engineer the platform, run automated attacks, or use the tools to make decisions about an individual that the law reserves to a licensed professional. Do not present AI output as professional advice to a third party.
Content and intellectual property
The platform, its portals, marks, code and content belong to HealthyManthra™ and its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose. Content you submit stays yours; you grant us the permission needed to store and process it so the product works for you.
Third-party data and portals
Some portals present third-party data, including public-safety, environmental and economic statistics. We cite the source and extract date, but we do not warrant the accuracy of an outside agency's figures, and we are not the publisher of that data. Licence terms shown with a data tier apply to your use of it.
Availability and changes
We improve the platform continuously, so features may change. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced where practical. If we discontinue a paid feature you rely on, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata credit for the unused period.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the platform is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data or business opportunity. Our total liability for a claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may end access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment or a legal requirement, after reasonable notice where we can give it. On closure, your data is handled as described in the privacy rules.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HealthyManthra's operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are handled in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
Independent endeavor
HealthyManthra is a private, independently owned endeavor. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense, the Defense Health Agency or Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, and no government agency operates or approves the platform.
