What we collect, and what we never collect

Short, specific and applied to every portal — including the local rules that follow from the ZIP you enter.

No PHI, ever

HealthyManthra does not ask for, request or store protected health information. No medical record numbers, insurance identifiers, diagnoses or another person's clinical detail. If you type it, it is voluntary — and it still should not be PHI.

Non-anonymous collection

Every record stays attached to your signed-in account. Nothing is stripped of identity, pooled anonymously, or presented as de-identified data. You can ask for deletion at any time and get it.

Local law at your ZIP

Portals record the ZIP whose local code applies to your consent, and show the state duties that layer on top of the federal baseline. Where local law is stricter than the baseline, the stricter rule governs.

Separate, withdrawable consents

Each permission — portal terms, medical disclaimer, 42 CFR Part 2 substance-use consent, guardian consent — is recorded on its own with a version, a date and a jurisdiction, and can be withdrawn without losing your account.

No sale, no training on your content

Your records are not sold. Content you submit is not used to train third-party models; AI features read only what the task in front of you needs and label their output.

Accountability

Every read, change and consent is logged in an audit trail. Administration is limited to the named people on the team page, and administrators can see and change all data — that is stated plainly rather than hidden.

The position in one paragraph

HealthyManthra never asks for and never stores protected health information (PHI). Do not enter PHI, medical record numbers, insurance identifiers, or another person's health details. Collection here is non-anonymous by design: every record stays tied to your signed-in account, nothing is stripped of identity, pooled anonymously or sold, and you can ask for deletion at any time.

Frameworks applied per region

  • United States — HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, CCPA/CPRA, FTC Health Breach Rule
  • European Union — GDPR, EU AI Act, European Health Data Space
  • United Kingdom — UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, CQC-aligned care records
  • Canada — PIPEDA, PHIPA (Ontario), Quebec Law 25
  • Australia — Privacy Act 1988, My Health Records Act, NDB scheme
  • Switzerland — revDSG/nDSG, Swiss health-data guidance
  • India — DPDP Act 2023, ABDM health-data alignment
  • Brazil — LGPD
  • Global baseline — Least-privilege access, Purpose limitation, Breach readiness

Region detection suggests a default. The ZIP you enter decides which local rules are shown and recorded with your consent. Neither is a legal determination.
